Qualifications

• Associate degree or related industrial experience required.
• 1–3 years in compressors, pumps, valves and related equipment preferred.
• Must maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and manuals.
• Strong safety practices and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate air separation controls to meet specs and production goals.
• Adjust plant control variables and monitor equipment parameters.
• Troubleshoot process upsets and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret process and instrument drawings and manuals.
• Maintain production records and QA documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Support start/stop of plants safely as needed.
