Qualifications

• High School diploma, Technical School or related industrial experience.
• Experience with compressors, pumps, valves and expanders; Instrument & electrical testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manipulates air separation controls to meet product specifications and production requirements.
• Adjust plant control variables, monitor and manage process equipment parameters to meet production goals.
• Understand plant water chemistry for cooling tower operations and equipment function.
• Troubleshoot process upsets and take corrective actions.
• Maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification.
• Perform maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines, valves, motors and other plant equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Interpret P&ID drawings to understand process operations and assist troubleshooting.
• Update and maintain work instructions for startup and operations.
• Prepare QA documents to certify product quality; transfer data for reports.
• Communicate effectively with interdepartmental teams and vendors.
• Review and release medical-grade product per FDA regulations.
• Troubleshoot plant operation issues and alarms with local team.
• Assist with safe startup/shutdown of plants and optimize performance.
• Implement productivity ideas and best practices to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with supporting groups for performance optimization and troubleshooting.
