Responsibilities

• Startup, operate, and maintain air separation plants and associated tanks, controls, and truck fill systems.
• Troubleshoot plant shutdowns and perform corrective maintenance to allow plant restarts.
• Coordinate scheduled preventative maintenance on plant components.
• Operate units to continuously supply products safely and economically.
• Monitor process performance and adjust to meet specifications.
• Read and interpret P&ID's, electrical schematics, one line diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Perform calibration of analyzers and field instrumentation; troubleshoot control systems.
• Lock-out tag-out and oversee contractors for maintenance work.
• Maintain rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, and valves.
• Prepare and execute projects to improve facility availability and reliability.
• Manage maintenance deadlines and PM intervals.
• Communicate with cross-functional groups across the organization.
• Support satellite pipeline meters and assist with DigTix locates as needed.
