Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in production operations, maintenance, or industrial plant experience preferred.
• Experience in air separation plants or similar environments with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, start up, shut down, and maintain the Air Separation Plant and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of high-purity gases.
• Monitor plant performance, analyze conditions, make adjustments, and troubleshoot to maintain quality and targets.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to maximize reliability and availability.
• Troubleshoot shutdowns, failures, and control issues supporting timely repairs and restarts.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, manuals, schematics, and procedures for safe operations.
