Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant working experience.
• Strong air compliance and air permitting experience.
• Hands-on Title V permitting experience.
• Experience with Clean Air Act regulations.
• NSR/PSD and NESHAP/MACT experience.
• Regulator interaction with EPA and state agencies.
• Experience interpreting emissions data for ops actions.
• Leadership of environmental professionals.
• Stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Identify compliance risks and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee air compliance and permitting functions for the team.
• Lead air permitting, emissions reporting, and regulatory inspections.
• Serve as primary liaison with EPA, NYSDEC, and other regulators.
• Modernize processes, leverage technology, and improve data analysis.
