Job summary

UPS is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead and develop the ramp team, ensuring safety, productivity and attendance are managed to highest standards. You will coach staff, oversee training, and drive continuous improvement across shifts at the Dallas area facility.

The role requires strong communication, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work a full range of shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service while fostering teamwork.
• Implements orientation, skills and safety training and ongoing coaching for department staff.
