Langan Engineering & Environmental Services seeks an Environmental Permitting and Compliance Project Manager, Scientist or Engineer – Air Quality to join its collaborative team. You will lead air quality projects for diverse clients across the US, preparing emissions calculations, compliance reports, permit applications, and dispersion modeling using AERMOD/MOVES/CALPUFF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering, Meteorology, or closely related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review air permit applications, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Lead air permitting from due diligence to project completion and compliance.
• Modeling: dispersion analyses using AERMOD/MOVES/CALPUFF and other tools.
• Communicate technical work clearly to clients and agencies.
• Manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule with quality.
• Oversee junior staff and assist in proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders across the US.
