Serves as a technical expert for air permit applications, compliance reporting, emissions estimation, and regulatory analyses across diverse industries
Prepares emissions estimates and regulatory documentation in alignment with state, local, and greenhouse‑gas program requirements
Reviews air dispersion modeling to ensure accuracy, regulatory alignment, and adherence to project guidelines
