Job description

• Leads air quality projects as project manager, overseeing permitting, planning, and modeling efforts across multiple regions
• Manages project execution including budgets, schedules, staff coordination, mentoring, client communication, change management, and QA/QC for technical reports and proposals
• Serves as a technical expert for air permit applications, compliance reporting, emissions estimation, and regulatory analyses across diverse industries
• Prepares emissions estimates and regulatory documentation in alignment with state, local, and greenhouse‑gas program requirements
• Reviews air dispersion modeling to ensure accuracy, regulatory alignment, and adherence to project guidelines
• Promotes safe, collaborative, and scalable air quality practices by developing safety plans, partnering with cross‑office teams, and contributing to the growth of air quality services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a closely related discipline
• Seven years of consulting experience in air quality, including permitting, dispersion modeling, emission inventories, and compliance reporting
• Skilled in full project lifecycle management, from proposal development and constraints analysis to permitting and execution
• Experienced in managing budgets, invoices, schedules, and QA/QC activities to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
