Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering or commensurate experience in management.
• Knowledge of air quality regulations, permitting, reporting, and compliance.
• 10+ years of air quality permitting experience in industrial processes or gas processing plants.
• Demonstrate technical and analytical skills with large air quality/regulatory projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
• Self-motivated with timely performance and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director, Environmental Engineering.
• Lead strategic air permit programs for Venture Global operated assets and affiliated assets.
• Serve as SME for air dispersion modeling strategies with consultants.
• Guide air quality permitting programs: PSD, Title V, state authorizations, FERC R9.
• Develop air emissions assessments and identify opportunities for reductions.
• Support planning and execution of air quality permitting projects; conduct reviews.
