Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering or closely related science.
• 5–10 years of air permitting and compliance experience in oil & gas, power, or chemical manufacturing.
• Proven project management skills with staff delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of Title V, NSR, PSD, emissions reporting, and local regulations.
• Experience with TCEQ air permitting and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical air-quality lead in Houston, guiding project delivery and mentoring staff.
• Lead air permitting and compliance projects from studies through operations.
• Develop comprehensive permitting and compliance plans for construction and operation phases.
• Deliver NSR, PSD, Title V, and GHG permits and associated reporting.
• Perform emission estimates using approved methods and sound engineering principles.
• Support client development, scope of work, and proposal preparation.
• Engage with agencies and clients, communicating schedule and budget status.
