Qualifications

• Substantial experience in the aviation industry.
• Proficient understanding of 14 CFR 61, 91, and 141 regulations.
• Current possession of a CFI certificate.
• Experience leading a team focused on student support and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program team toward achieving performance results and developing faculty and students.
• Coordinate with campus leadership, statewide partners, and cross-functional departments to align direction with TSTC's mission.
• Manage budget, hiring, and day-to-day operations; ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry needs.
