Job summary

A defense training firm is seeking full and part-time Operational Analysts/Subject Matter Experts to deliver critical Live Virtual Constructive training within the Virginia Beach area. Candidates must possess extensive fighter aircraft knowledge, with at least 500 hours in relevant aircraft types, and must obtain a US government secret security clearance. The role involves planning and executing missions, scenario generation, and training support services. Qualifications

• Minimum of 500 hours in a multi-role fighter aircraft within the last 5 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a USG secret security clearance.
• Qualified in the listed aircraft as a contract instructor in the preceding two years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and debrief fighter, strike, and/or EW missions.
• Conduct scenario generation, revision, and maintenance.
• Operate instructor operator stations for virtual and constructive applications.
