Qualifications

• 3–5 years in airline reservations, ticketing or travel ops with leadership preferred.
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS required.
• Experience with Amadeus GDS preferred; training available.
• Strong knowledge of airfare construction, ticketing, exchanges, refunds and fare rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Air Department team to ensure efficient daily operations and high service levels.
• Manage group air contracts and airline relationships.
• Oversee booking, ticketing, reissuance, exchanges, refunds and cancellations for domestic and international travel.
