Job summary

Amerijet International is seeking a Full-Time OCC Coordinator in Miami, FL to serve as the central point of contact between the Operation Control Center and Ground Operations. You will monitor handling activities, coordinate with stations, manage documentation (NOTOC/W&B/Loadsheets), and respond quickly during irregular operations to maintain on-time flight performance.

The role requires strong communication, ability to multitask under pressure, and familiarity with AIMS and SmartKargo systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of airline operations experience.
• Experience with AIMS or SmartKargo preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact between Operation Control Center and Ground Operations.
• Monitor handling activities to ensure on-time flight operations.
• Coordinate with stations and internal departments for load planning and weight & balance.
