Qualifications

• Three years of Paramedic experience in a high-volume ALS/911 system.
• Flight or critical care transport experience preferred.
• Must maintain Tennessee Paramedic license and FP-C within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe patient care in rotor-wing and fixed-wing transports.
• Perform advanced life support procedures and airway management.
• Assess, document, and communicate patient status to teams and physicians.
• Maintain readiness for flight activation and strict safety standards.
• Collaborate with flight nurse and pilots to ensure care continuity.
