Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to function in a fast paced, at times high stress, work environment.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process all transport requests in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
• Assign the most appropriate air unit via CAD system.
• Serve as the central hub for cross-functional communications between Aviation, Maintenance, Operations, Clinical and Administrative departments.
• Document interactions accurately and clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Monitor aircraft while in flight and enter CAD position reports.
• Coordinate with Flight Team and Supervisor to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with partners and Flight Team to facilitate transports as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
