Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks an Air Logistics Safety Training Manager for ABE Express Operations. You will lead comprehensive safety, security, and training programs across warehouse and ramp operations to meet corporate policies, carrier requirements, and regulatory mandates.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and strategic thinking to reduce risk and continuously improve safety while supporting 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of operations in aviation and warehouse.
• 5+ years of ramp safety experience.
• 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or related field.
• 3+ years of disability management, worker’s compensation, or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, ADA, and injury management/best practices.
• Data-driven with safety management systems (SMS).

Responsibilities

• Champion safety excellence through training and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure safety protocols across warehouse and ramp align with requirements.
• Lead investigations for safety incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Provide guidance to station managers on safe practices and incident prevention.
• Oversee training schedules to align with operations and timing.
• Manage training resources and facilities for efficiency.
• Handle on-duty injury follow-ups and return-to-work processes.
• Conduct regular physical security audits and report on incidents.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and drive injury-prevention projects.
• Foster a safety-first mindset at all levels of the division.
