Job Title: Air Import or Export Coordinator

Salary: $50k to $65k base depending on experience

Cargowise advantageous or similar software

Must have a minimum of 2 years of current experience working at an international freight forwarder in operations.

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US.

About the Client:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day air or ocean import or export shipments.
  • Pre-alert agents and shippers; organize and prepare documentation; follow up with steamship lines; maintain daily reports.
  • Ensure all documents are received; send final documents as needed.
  • File relevant documentation to process shipments.
  • Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading.
  • Maintain customer service updates, including cargo tracking.
  • Set up billing and payables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
