Responsibilities

• Execute orders by confirming arrival times and coordinating with carriers.
• Input data, dispatch recoveries, and track shipments.
• Communicate with customers via email, fax, and mail.
• Work with air and ground partners to handle import shipments.
• Handle import shipment documentation and data entry.
• Respond to customer inquiries per policy.
• Proactively contact customers to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate releases with air carriers and billing.
• Set up direct deliveries to customers.
• Manage file-level issues and exceptions; support projects.
