Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Freight Forwarder Air Import to coordinate import shipments by air, including customs clearance and delivery to final destinations.

You will work with airlines, customs agents, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate shipment records. The role requires fluency in English, excellent organizational skills, and experience in air imports or freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in air imports highly desirable.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the importation of goods by air, including customs clearance and delivery to the final destination.
• Communicate with airlines, customs agents, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance, including invoices and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
• Manage relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
