hXpath Inc. is seeking an experienced Air Freight Specialist to join our Dallas office. The role focuses on coordinating international air import/export shipments from origin to final delivery with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The ideal candidate will manage documentation, bookings with airlines, and coordination with partners, ensuring compliance with TSA, IATA, FAA, and global regulations while delivering reliable transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of international air freight operations experience with a freight forwarder.
• Experience handling both air import and air export shipments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and air freight procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air import and export shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare and review all shipping documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
• Arrange bookings with airlines and coordinate with trucking companies, warehouses, and overseas offices to ensure timely movement of freight.
• Track shipments proactively and provide customers with accurate status updates throughout the shipping process.
• Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all shipments comply with TSA, IATA, FAA, and international trade regulations.
• Accurately enter shipment data and maintain complete records within the company's operating system.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to support customer requirements and identify opportunities to enhance service.
• Review billing, vendor invoices, and shipment costs to ensure accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and overseas partners.
