Frontline Network Systems, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Itasca, IL to plan and coordinate air freight shipments, work with airlines and service providers, and manage billing and payments. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service focus, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time employment with a base salary in the $50k–$65k range, depending on experience. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate air freight shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and providers for smooth shipment operations.
• Generate customer billing invoices using the FNS system and submit A/R invoices on time.
• Manage monthly A/P invoices from vendors and coordinate with Accounting for timely payments.
• Coordinate and arrange air import services for domestic and international shipments.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, partners, and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Coordinate clearance and delivery activities to meet customer needs and timely shipment execution.
• Maintain and organize operational information, including profiles and quotations.
• Prepare and provide daily activity reports to management.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other operational initiatives as requested.

• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers to ensure smooth and efficient shipment operations.
• Generate customer billing invoices using the FNS system and submit A/R invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage monthly A/P invoices from vendors and coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure timely payment processing.
• Coordinate and arrange air import services for domestic and international shipments.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors, business partners, and other stakeholders throughout the shipment process.
• Coordinate clearance and delivery activities to meet customer requirements and ensure timely shipment execution.
• Maintain and organize operational information, including customer and vendor profiles, quotations, and other related data.
• Prepare and provide daily activity reports to management.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other operational initiatives as requested by management.
