Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate air freight shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and service providers for smooth shipments.
• Generate customer billing invoices using the FNS system and submit A/R invoices accurately.
• Manage monthly A/P invoices from vendors and coordinate timely payments.
• Coordinate and arrange air import services for domestic and international shipments.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, business partners, and stakeholders throughout the shipment process.
• Coordinate clearance and delivery activities to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and organize operational data, including profiles and quotations.
• Prepare and provide daily activity reports to management.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other operational initiatives as requested.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate air freight shipments to ensure timely and efficient service that meets customer requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers to ensure smooth and efficient shipment operations.
• Generate customer billing invoices using the FNS system and submit A/R invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage monthly A/P invoices from vendors and coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure timely payment processing.
• Coordinate and arrange air import services for domestic and international shipments.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors, business partners, and other stakeholders throughout the shipment process.
• Coordinate clearance and delivery activities to meet customer requirements and ensure timely shipment execution.
• Maintain and organize operational information, including customer and vendor profiles, quotations, and other related data.
• Prepare and provide daily activity reports to management.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other operational initiatives as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive priorities.

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000–$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
