Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute booking and documentation processes with clients/carriers.
• Timely shipment troubleshooting and exception escalation.
• Coordinate end-to-end export process with AM and Planning teams.
• Coach junior specialists on daily tasks.
• Plan and execute special freight operations (DG, reefer, etc.).
• Assist Senior Associate with new business/process implementations.
• Support clients to make decisions using your expertise.
• Uphold integrity and high standards of operational quality and service.
• Identify process improvements to scale operations.
