Job summary

HPL Apollo LLC is seeking an Air Freight Export Supervisor to oversee daily export operations and lead a team of air freight agents. You will coordinate with the Operations team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support account managers to meet service goals.

The role emphasizes training, performance feedback, and relationship management with key customers to grow air freight opportunities and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of logistics experience, preferably in perishables/temperature-controlled sectors.
• Experience supervising air freight export operations and leading a team.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day air freight export operations to ensure on-time performance.
• Supervise a team of air freight export agents and assist account managers.
• Provide training and feedback to maintain a productive team.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure proper cargo handling at arrival and departure.
• Monitor processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Support growth by maintaining relationships with key customers.
• Prepare regular reports on shipment performance and service quality.
• Promote best practices in logistics operations and customer service.
