Job summary

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. seeks a Manager to lead the Air Freight Emergency Solution Desk, coordinating global core providers and regional teams. You will manage requirements, service agreements, and pricing strategy to deliver rapid, cost-effective emergency shipments.

You will support the sales force with product knowledge, monitor profitability, and collaborate with regional operations to ensure peak performance, transport compliance, and timely customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build the Emergency Solution desk with Core Broker and regional teams.
• Monitor trade performance of each service contract and analyze profits.
• Travel to regions to support carrier negotiations and regional contracts.
• Support global sales with product knowledge, pricing, and rate negotiations.
• Drive profitable business development through customer visits and sales calls.
• Collaborate with Sales for global and regional customer maintenance and implementation.
