Job summary

Astrion seeks a Project Manager for the Eglin AFB, FL site to lead the Air Force SEEK EAGLE evaluation and related compatibility analyses. You will coordinate with external customers and internal teams to shepherd budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely flight recommendations and store certification actions.

The role requires an extensive PM background, DoD experience, and the ability to operate in a structured, team-based environment with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 10 years experience with Associate’s degree or equivalent
• 6 years of directly relevant experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Knowledge/Experience of/with AF Aircraft and Weapon Systems
• Project Management background/experience
• Advanced thinking and problem solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Very good attention to detail and a candidate who takes ownership and pride in all work
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as with a team

Responsibilities

• Support Air Force SEEK EAGLE Evaluation by collaborating with external customers and internal stakeholders
• Manage budget, schedule, and resources for SEEK EAGLE objectives
• Communicate with internal and external SEEK EAGLE stakeholders
• Participate in airborne weapon systems development, integration, test, and evaluation
• Brief internal and external SEEK EAGLE stakeholders effectively
• Travel as required (10–20%)
