Job summary

ManTech (MANTECH) seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Requirements Manager to join our Air Force / Space team at Eglin AFB. The role supports the United States Air Force’s 53rd Wing Technical Support Services contract, ensuring that software and product development projects meet all requirements throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 additional years may substitute for a degree.
• 2+ years direct/related experience in the field.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and project-management principles.
• Operational Air Force experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand stakeholder needs through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Create clear requirement specifications for client and development team.
• Track and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and the development team.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure final product meets defined quality standards and user needs.
• Communicate with coworkers, management, and customers, including presentations.
