Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Information Technology Project Manager to join our team at Eglin AFB. This role oversees architecture, deployment, and authorization of critical cloud environments, bridging cloud engineering with rigorous project execution.

You will build integrated master schedules, mitigate risks, manage resources, and drive cloud applications through the DoD RMF and ATO processes, briefing senior leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, project management, or related technical discipline; four years of experience may substitute for degree.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, cloud app development, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Experience guiding cloud platforms through the ATO/RMF lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and tracking resources using MS Project, Jira, or Primavera P6.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cloud infrastructure management, application development, microservices architecture, and deployment strategies across cloud environments.
• Lead programs through RMF and DoD/Federal Cloud ATO processes to obtain and maintain system authorizations.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs with milestones and dependencies.
• Establish Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) management frameworks and track bottlenecks across teams.
• Brief senior leadership (O-6 and above) with concise, high-impact status updates.
• Operate with high autonomy to drive cross-functional teams to execution.
