Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) seeks five Air Force Supply Planner Support Specialists (IMS) to support the 638th SCMG at Robins AFB, GA. On-site work is required in Warner Robins, with core hours 9:00 AM–3:00 PM ET and flexible start times.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active Secret clearance required (interim clearance not acceptable).
• Eligible for CAC and Robins AFB installation access.
• Strong understanding of Air Force weapon systems logistics.
• Supply plans and sourcing strategies to keep Air Force weapon systems operational.
• Tracking of structural parts, armament, instruments, and engines.
• Inventory management to get parts to flightline and repair depots quickly.

Responsibilities

• Requirements identification and execution.
• Validating repair requirements and managing arrangements.
• Procuring items and maintaining documentation.
• Optimizing global asset distribution per customer needs.
• Analyzing data to determine optimal demand planning methods.
• Preparing reports and briefings for management and customers.
• Applying knowledge of logistics planning, programming, and budgeting systems.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicating effectively.
