Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Senior Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strategic Analyst to support the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection. You will bridge base-level execution and Headquarters policy, translating field realities into enterprise strategy for modernization and asset management, ensuring combat readiness across the Department of the Air Force.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Air Force or DoD programs.
• Experience developing enterprise strategic plans or POA&Ms.
• In-depth knowledge of Air Force CES organization and operations.
• Experience conducting program analysis and producing executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Implementation & Governance: Support the AF/A4C SIP by aligning modernization initiatives, tracking milestones, assessing risks, and improving Civil Engineer Operations governance.
• Executive Decision Support: Develop and maintain POA&Ms, implementation plans, metrics, and executive dashboards; prepare decision-ready briefings for GO/SES leadership.
• Enterprise Stakeholder Coordination: Enable cross-functional collaboration across HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and CES units to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Modernization & Process Improvement: Drive UFC modernization, CBM+, asset management, and resilience initiatives across the enterprise.
• Tactical-to-Strategic Alignment: Analyze Operations Flight programs to standardize processes across the enterprise.
• Technology & Innovation Integration: Research new technologies and predictive maintenance models to accelerate adoption and improve readiness.
