Job summary
JRAD is seeking an Operations Strategy & Modernization Analyst to support the Department of the Air Force AF/A4C Civil Engineer Operations Directorate. The role combines enterprise modernization coordination with strategic analysis, including dashboards and executive updates, in a hybrid setting with about half the time onsite at the Pentagon.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of DoD experience, with preference for those familiar with AFCEC/AFIMSC and strategic
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience supporting Air Force or DoD/War programs.
- Prior AFCEC/AFIMSC or Major Command experience strongly desired.
- Experience in strategic planning, implementation plans, and enterprise initiatives.
- Experience developing and tracking POA&Ms, implementation plans, milestones, or performance measures.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the AF/A4C SIP by coordinating modernization initiatives and integrating stakeholder actions across Civil Engineer enterprise.
- Develop and maintain POA&Ms, implementation plans, dashboards, performance measures, and strategic reports for priorities.
