Job summary

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Work Control Administrative Clerk supporting Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. You will perform clerical support for the Work Control Center, answer Service Desk calls, process work orders, and use the work management system, while keeping supervisors informed of issues affecting safety and workflow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current state driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of valid insurance.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
• Minimum of one year clerical experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior radio dispatch experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary Licenses/ID/Certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Answer Service Desk operations phone calls and process work orders.
• Dispatch shop personnel for Emergency and Urgent service orders.
• Maintain Facility History and Manager files, including warranties and related documents.
• Provide customers with status updates on service orders within one hour of request.
• Generate in-house Work Request documents from customer inputs.
• Schedule work appointments, including under special circumstances.
• Monitor emergency lines during incidents and exercises.
• Ensure compliance with USAF/OSHA safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Maintain confidentiality of Alutiiq LLC matters.
