Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Work Control Administrative Clerk supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. This position performs general clerical support for the Work Control Center to include answering Service Desk operations phone calls, processing work orders, and utilizing the work management system.

You will monitor communications, dispatch staff for urgent service orders, maintain important files, provide customers with status

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer Service Desk operations phone calls and process work orders.
• Dispatch shop personnel for Emergency and Urgent service orders.
• Maintain Facility History Files and related records.
• Provide customers with current status on service orders within one hour of request.
• Schedule work appointments and monitor communication channels.
