Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export by air, including scheduling with airlines and carrier coordination.
• Prepare documents for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, B/L).
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Maintain relationships with customers and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and operations to ensure timely service.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
