Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in homes and businesses.
• Work with a partner to deliver air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and water restoration services.
• Prepare areas for service, move furniture, and follow safety protocols.
• Learn from Lead Technicians to advance to leadership roles.
• Educate customers on additional services.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Valid Michigan driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, cooperative, positive attitude.
• Dependable transportation.
• Certifications like IICRC & NADCA are a plus but not required.
