Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Program Integrator in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role reports to the Air Dominance Program Integration and Operations team and drives cross-portfolio efforts, excelling in collaboration with AD teams and customer engagements.

You will maintain Program Management Plans, craft executive communications, and promote PMO best practices while coordinating with contracts, finance, supply chain, and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in coordination, planning, and teaming skills.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Integrate cross functional to meet program milestones.
• Support proposals efforts in accordance with Raytheon’s procedures.
• Support Risk & Opportunity efforts in accordance with Raytheon’s procedures.
• Develop internal and external executive-level communications.
• Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations; such as contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, quality, and administrative functions.
