Job summary

HOLT Industrial Systems is seeking an experienced Air Compressor Field Service Technician for our New Braunfels, Texas office. The role involves startup, preventive and corrective maintenance within the territory, with a focus on Sullair equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of electrical and mechanical experience, reads blueprints, and can troubleshoot a range of compressors. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Verifiable air compressor repair experience and strong mechanical/electrical background.
• Must have tools, meters, and refrigerated equipment to complete jobs.
• Must have a valid driver license and safe driving record.
• Experience with Sullair air compressors is required.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays if needed.
• Reading and interpreting P&ID drawings, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service for start-up, preventive and corrective maintenance within assigned territory.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service air compressors and related equipment.
• Set up rigging and safely move motors and compressors; use hand and power tools.
• Complete paperwork daily and provide on-call support as scheduled.
• Maintain safety standards per OSHA and company policies.
