Job summary

Global Consulting International (GCI) seeks an Exercise Plans Contractor to support Theater Air Component planning and multi-echelon Joint exercises from Fort Leavenworth.

Role requires Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and 3+ years in AOC/ASOG/ASOS planning or operations with the Air Force. You will coordinate air-ground integration and develop MSEL for complex nationwide events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for advanced duties.
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI is required.
• 3+ years of AOC/ASOG/ASOS operations/planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Theater Air Component planning and joint exercises.
• Develop Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) and exercise narratives.
• Integrate air-ground operations across multiple echelons.
• Liaise with joint and Army staff to support training events.
