Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Engineer at our Kapolei refinery to support long-term environmental goals and regulatory compliance.

You will lead air compliance projects, prepare reports, and collaborate with regulatory agencies to drive improvements while guiding refinery personnel for a safe, environmentally sound workplace. The role emphasizes managing programs like CEMS and LDAR, performing incident response, and coordinating with local and federal agencies.

Formación

• Minimum of four (4) years of environmental compliance experience, preferably in refinery or industrial manufacturing.
• A background in AIR compliance for at least two years is required.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with EPA reporting programs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit environmental compliance reports required by permit(s).
• Understand and maintain compliance plans and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate sampling and testing, review and approve invoices, and assure recordkeeping.
• Minimize environmental risk and costs to Refinery.
• Be on-call and respond to unplanned events such as startups, shutdowns, or malfunctions.
• Maintain relationships with federal, state and local agencies, including USEPA and HDOH.
