Ramboll is seeking a senior Managing Consultant in Air and Climate within its Environment & Health Division. The role focuses on leading complex air quality projects, regulatory strategy, and client relationships across the U.S., including permitting, modeling, and emissions analysis.

The candidate should bring extensive experience and a passion for sustainable solutions and mentorship. The position offers opportunities for growth into technical leadership, project management, or client-facing

Qualificações

• 9+ years of air quality consulting experience.
• Experience with air permitting, compliance, and/or air dispersion modeling.
• Proven project management experience including proposal development, scope, schedule, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with client relationship management and business development.
• Strong understanding of air pollution control technologies and dispersion modeling tools.
• Experience interpreting federal/state air regulations (Clean Air Act) with multi-state experience desirable.
• Experience preparing air permit applications including NSR/PSD and Title V.
• Excellent communication with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Mentoring and developing junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical lead, overseeing consultant staff on complex air quality projects.
• Review and interpret local, state, and federal regulations with a focus on air compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and manage deliverables to high quality.
• Prepare air quality permit applications and environmental reports across various complexities.
• Estimate emissions and conduct engineering evaluations of air pollution sources.
