Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field with 15 years of experience or Master's with 9 years or PhD with 3 years of experience.
• Experience with image quality assessment methodologies and imaging principles.
• Experience evaluating automated threat recognition software and managing data.

Responsibilities

• Lead DT&E of prototype air cargo screening systems using CT and neutron imaging.
• Conduct image quality assessments per N42.46 and F792.
• Perform penetration assessments for palletized systems and develop TEPs.
• Prepare QLRs and TERs; develop vendor briefings and stakeholder materials.
• Manage image databases and coordinate data sharing with ATR developers.
• Coordinate testing at OEM factory locations and prepare trip reports.
