You will resolve service failures, monitor performance of managers and staff, coordinate with the Traffic Office, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

Job Summary

Responsible for Traffic Office, Warehouse and Ramp Operations Management. Engaged in resolving service failures and implementing corrective and preventative measures. Reports to the General Manager.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Able to work Weekends and Holidays, all shifts.
• Able to work in inclement weather and able to lift weights up to 50Lbs.
