Qualifications

• Two to five years of management/supervisor experience in field service duties.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Airline pricing experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and days off.
• Familiarity with personal computer software is helpful.
• Independent judgment and decision-making skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisory personnel within the assigned functional area.
• Oversee and advise on staffing requirements.
• Monitor and administer discipline and corrective action for subordinates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through daily feedback.
• Act as liaison between first-level supervisor and upper management.
• Proactively monitor work to meet safety, security, quality, and employee-relations standards.
• Maintain and control all aspects of operations per security program and TSA legislation.
• Ensure audit requirements are undertaken for continuity and compliance.
• Implement site-specific security plan and ensure staff display company ID badges.
• Administer practices fairly toward all employees, customers, vendors, and third parties.
