Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, at Miami International Airport, is seeking a Freight Agent to support cargo handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will scan and label items, process packages, and ensure accurate tracking in the inventory system, while maintaining efficient workflows for shipping readiness.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and flexibility to cover varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs credentials as applicable.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle cargo packaging and warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate handheld barcode scanners to scan incoming and outgoing packages.
• Verify product information by scanning barcodes and checking accuracy.
• Label packages to ensure proper shipment and tracking in the system.
• Move packages to correct warehouse locations and support team goals.
• Follow safety protocols and SOPs, and report discrepancies to leadership.
