Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with MANTECH, seeks a motivated C2 Systems Integration Expert for Stafford, VA. The role focuses on enabling rapid enhancements for military operations within CJADC2 and distributed maritime contexts.

You will serve as the SME for Marine Corps C2 systems, work on Kill Web architectures, and guide mission networks integration while coordinating with government and contractor teams. A strong background in CJADC2 doctrine and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 12+ years current and emerging military C2 technologies; 18 years total experience without a degree.
• Familiarity with Joint Fires integration (e.g., AFATDS, NOTM, CAC2S) and ability to align capabilities to gaps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Marine Corps information systems research and development, focusing on C5 convergence with Joint Fires and Kill Web architectures.
• Advance resilient Kill Webs by transitioning from linear kill chains to dynamic, mesh-networked kill webs across sensors and shooters.
• Provide guidance on mission networks integration to enhance F2T2EA cycle speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system activities with client expectations and optimize processes.
• Support CJADC2 and distributed maritime operations through development, testing, and deployment efforts.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation and reporting for meetings and briefs.
• Coordinate resources to plan, test, and produce critical capabilities for the customer’s mission.
