ACT1 Federal LLC in Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking an experienced Air Battle Manager to integrate Air Force airspace command-and-control capabilities within Army MCTP exercises. The role requires coordinating with senior leaders and conducting on-site operations.

Travel 10-20%; Secret clearance; full-time onsite. You'll work with TBMCS/C2CORE tools and represent AOC/JSTARS capabilities during planning and execution for joint training events.

Qualifications

• Extensive Air Battle Manager experience supporting operational airspace command and control.
• Proven knowledge of TACS/AAGS at JTF, Corps and Division levels.
• Experience integrating AOC, CRC, AWACS, JSTARS, JACCE and ASOC/JAGIC/C2.
• Experience supporting joint exercises and MCTP Warfighter scenarios; TBMCS/C2CORE proficiency.
• Secret clearance required and willingness to deploy for exercises.

Responsibilities

• Apply extensive TACS/AAGS knowledge at JTF, Corps and Division levels.
• Integrate Air Force airspace C2 and Air Component capabilities during planning and execution cycles for major exercises.
• Coordinate processes, products, programs and personnel supporting MCTP events.
• Integrate AOC, JACCE, JAGIC, TACP C2 and related functions into exercise planning.
• Develop and integrate MSEL storylines and coordinate air-ground networks using knowledge-management tools.
• Serve as an Airpower Integration SME for high-fidelity air-ground integration during events.
• Understand theater airspace and networks; work with leaders to coordinate air planning and control.
• Utilize TBMCS/C2CORE and current exercise-planning tools.
• Represent Det 1 and Air Component replication at conferences and forward-deploy as needed.
