Job summary

ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking an Air Battle Manager (ABM) to support Detachment 1, 505 CCW at Fort Leavenworth, KS, by integrating Air Force airspace command-and-control capabilities into Army MCTP Warfighter Exercises.

The role requires extensive ABM experience with TBMCS/C2CORE, the ability to coordinate air planning with senior Army and Air Force leaders, and willingness to deploy forward. This is a full-time, onsite position with 10–20% travel and Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Extensive ABM experience in operational airspace command and control.
• Knowledge of TACS/AAGS at JTF, Corps and Division levels.
• Experience with AOC, CRC, AWACS, JSTARS and JACCE C2 integration.

Responsibilities

• Apply TACS/AAGS knowledge at JTF, Corps and Division levels.
• Integrate and represent Air Force airspace C2 during planning and execution.
• Coordinate processes and personnel for MCTP events.
• Develop MSEL storylines and coordinate air-ground integration networks.
• Serve as an Airpower Integration SME during exercises.
