Job summary
LTIMindtree is seeking an AIPowered Power BI Engineer in Torrance, CA onsite to rapidly design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using AI-assisted workflows. The role focuses on AI-enabled reporting, semantic modeling, and scalable data pipelines to deliver executive-ready insights.
The position requires 5 years of Power BI development, 2 years of AI analytics experience, and comfort with cloud data platforms like AWS and Azure. Onsite work in Torrance, CA is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/Analytics/Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years of Power BI development experience.
- 2 years of practical AI/analytics experience.
- Experience with enterprise dashboards and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Mabric Fabric).
Responsibilities
- Aid in AI-driven report development using Copilot, Power BI Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and other tools.
- Design, develop and deploy executive and analytical dashboards.
- Build semantic models and advanced DAX calculations for performance.
- Integrate data from AWS, Azure, DataHub, Snowflake, SQL Server and Oracle.

The AIPowered Power BI Engineer is responsible for leveraging Artificial Intelligence AI Microsoft Copilot Large Language Models LLMs and modern analytics platforms to rapidly design develop and maintain Power BI reports dashboards and analytical solutions
This role combines expertise in Power BI data modeling DAX and AIassisted development to transform business requirements into executiveready reporting solutions with significantly reduced development effort and improved business insight generation The engineer acts as both a Power BI developer and an AI workflow orchestrator using AI tools to automate report creation documentation testing visualization design and narrative insight generation
1 AIDriven Report Development 30
Use Microsoft Copilot Power BI Copilot ChatGPT Claude and other approved AI tools to generate report prototypes dashboard layouts DAX formulas KPIs and visualization recommendations
Translate business requirements into Power BI reports using prompt engineering and AIassisted design techniques
Automate dashboard creation report documentation and metadata generation
Utilize AI to identify reporting opportunities trends anomalies and predictive insights

Design develop and deploy executive operational and analytical dashboards
