Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to help large enterprises move from reactive IT to intelligent, automation-first delivery. The role targets practitioners with real enterprise run experience, capable of designing agentic operating models and translating these into CIO-grade visions and delivery plans.

The Work includes designing architectures, framing CIO business cases, building phased roadmaps, and leading governance transitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting with hands-on enterprise run experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role with responsibility for operational performance, service delivery, or infrastructure reliability.
• Minimum 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
• Frame the vision for CIO audiences and translate it into a business case and delivery path.
• Build delivery plans with phased roadmaps, workstreams, tooling selections, and operating model transitions.
• Assess and sequence automation opportunities to balance quick wins with production reliability.
• Lead the operating model transition with new roles, processes, and governance for automation-driven work.
• Shape and support business development through client workshops and opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership on intelligent operations including multi-agent orchestration and AI-driven risk assessment.
